This Privacy Policy describes how Poker Timer ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Poker Timer stores all user data locally on your device using browser localStorage. This includes:

• Tournament settings and custom configurations
• Saved tournament presets
• Tournament series/league results and player standings
• Theme and language preferences
• Sound settings

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

We display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions through Google Play Billing. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Google Play Billing

Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles all payment information. We do not have access to your payment details.

3. How We Use Information

Local data is used solely to provide app functionality:

• Remembering your tournament settings between sessions
• Tracking tournament series results
• Applying your preferred theme and language

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The only data shared with third parties is through the services described above (AdMob and RevenueCat), which is necessary for advertising and subscription functionality.

5. Data Retention

All locally stored data persists until you clear the app's data, uninstall the app, or clear your browser storage. We do not retain any data on external servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Poker Timer is a tournament management utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of Access (Art. 15) — You can request information about what personal data we process.
• Right to Rectification (Art. 16) — You can request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure (Art. 17) — You can request deletion of your data. Since all app data is stored locally, you can delete it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
• Right to Data Portability (Art. 20) — You can request your data in a portable format. Your local data can be accessed through your device's file system.
• Right to Object (Art. 21) — You can object to processing of your data, including opting out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).

8. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

We process data based on the following legal bases:

• Consent — For personalized advertising through AdMob. You can withdraw consent at any time through your device's ad settings.
• Legitimate Interest — For non-personalized advertising and subscription management through RevenueCat/Google Play Billing.
• Contract Performance — For processing subscription purchases.

9. Advertising & Tracking

Google AdMob uses the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on your device to serve ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• You can also reset your advertising ID from the same settings menu
